Presentation Slides Submission Deadline on November 7
2025 Â鶹ֱ²¥ Annual Meeting
Welcome, Â鶹ֱ²¥ 2025 presenters! Whether you’re joining us in Boston or presenting virtually, Â鶹ֱ²¥ wishes to bring to your attention the following guidelines that apply to all presentations accepted to the Â鶹ֱ²¥ 2025 Academic Program.
Key Deadline: November 7, 2025
- Virtual Presenters: Submit a pre-recorded MP4 video (20 minutes max). Presenters are expected to join their session live via Zoom for discussion after their recording is played.
- In-Person Presenters (Boston): Submit presentation slides (PPT or PDF) by this date; no video is required. Maximum file size of 1GB.
Session Format and Schedule
- Sessions and workshops will run Thursday–Saturday, 8:15 AM–6:30 PM (ET) in Boston.
- Papers: 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
- Workshops: 10-minute presentations; formats vary (consult organizers).
