Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ publishes four book series
The first volume of theÌýÂé¶¹Ö±²¥ AnnualÌý(AÂé¶¹Ö±²¥) appeared in 1920, making it Âé¶¹Ö±²¥â€™s signature publication. The Annual is a medium for the publication of lengthy preliminary or interim archaeological reports or monograph-length studies relating to archaeology in the Near East.
TheÌýArchaeological Reports SeriesÌý(ARS) is devoted to the publication of final excavation reports, surveys, and ethnoarchaeological fieldwork. Excavation projects need not be Âé¶¹Ö±²¥-affiliated to be considered. The CAARI Monographs are a subseries of the Âé¶¹Ö±²¥-ARS and may include conference proceedings.
TheÌýJCS Supplemental SeriesÌý(JCSSS), dedicated to publishing interpretive studies on the ancient Near East, was instituted under the editorship of Piotr Michalowski in 2008.
Âé¶¹Ö±²¥’s youngest series, theÌýLCP Handbooks SeriesÌý(LCPH), was formedÌýin 2024 in association with The Center for the Mediterranean World.

Inactive Series
The currently suspendedÌýÌýwas created to provide a forum for research that is not directly related to the reporting of archaeological fieldwork. Works of general interest to Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ members as well as symposia and Festschriften are appropriate for consideration in this series. Another inactive series is the BÂé¶¹Ö±²¥ Supplement Series.
