In the fall of 2021 Â鶹ֱ²¥ President Sharon Herbert formed an Ad Hoc Committee on the Climate Impact of Â鶹ֱ²¥ activities with particular attention to the Annual Meeting. That committee presented its report to the Board of Trustees at its 2022 November meeting in Boston. The committee outlined various alternatives for reducing Â鶹ֱ²¥’s carbon footprint. Â鶹ֱ²¥’s standing committees will be studying the report over next three months and recommending actions to the Board at its April 2023 meeting. We would welcome comments from our members.
